Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and click the add button on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment: We accept credit card and debit card payments via PayPal. We also accept payment through western union and bank transfer.

International Shipping: Worldwide shipping, We usually ship within next 24 - 48 hrs after you place the order. Unless this handmade item is not available, it may take additional 2 - 3 days. All of our digital satellite receiver are usually shipped by DHL (delivery time 3-4 working days) or UPS, the accessories of digital satellite receiver are shipped by other method (delivery time 7-15 working days).

1. Use DHL or UPS, the shipment usually takes 3-4 days (depends on your location and custom clearance in your country) to reach your address registered on our web database.
2. Damage due to shipping must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of parcel.

Purchase Errors: If you make a mistake placing your order do not panic, simply email us and we will be happy to help you to rectify your order. .
Delivery Schedule: Providing we have the items in stock, we will dispatch your order right away. We will normally send your order (digital satellite receiver) to you in 3-4 working days - although this time scale is not guaranteed.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns: If your purchase is received as faulty or not the item ordered we will be happy to replace it for you. If the item received is faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund your money. Returns must be made within 7 days of the invoice date and returned in the original packing and in its original condition.
